The brief
New-construction buyers in Las Vegas search by area, not by agent. So instead of one brochure site, this is a network: Grand Park and Summerlin, Henderson, and Northwest Las Vegas, each with its own domain, area pages, builder pages, and this month's incentives. One design system keeps them consistent; one lead form and one calendar sit behind all of them.
